The different possibilities

A visit to the observatory is a pleasant and interesting experience. Depending on the circumstances, we offer different programmes for visiting Urania (and some related institutes) or for a short introduction in astronomy.

• Visits of individuals:
  You are alone or with some people and you want a closer look...

• Group visits:
  A fine introduction to astronomy and a tour through the observatory, for groups of at least 12 persons.

• VIP-visits:
  A complete and pleasant excursion for your company or organisation.

• Planetarium shows:
  An introduction to astronomy under the virtual sky of the planetarium of the Antwerp Zoo.

Important remarks

• All these visits can be completely adapted to your specific wishes and can be given in Dutch, French, English or German.

• For a more extended introduction to astronomy, Urania organises a number of courses on different aspects of astronomy.
